Therapy for Healing Superwoman

Are you stressed and stretched thin due to trying to “do it all?” Have you heard ever met Superwoman?

The Superwoman or Supermom is a woman who manages multiple roles of a worker, homemaker, a volunteer, a student or another additional duties. If you find yourself juggling all of these roles, you may be experiencing “Superwoman Syndrome.”

The Superwoman Syndrome was coined in 1984 as a result of women neglecting themselves because of the need to “do it all” to perfection and literally stretching themselves thin.
